International Shipping Policy

Novex Research ships internationally to a wide range of countries. International fulfillment is handled from our international warehouse facility. All international orders are subject to the terms of this policy in addition to our general Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

International shipping involves transit through multiple jurisdictions. Each country maintains its own import regulations, and packages may be inspected, delayed, or detained by customs authorities at any point during transit. By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for understanding and complying with your country's import laws.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Countries subject to trade embargoes, export restrictions, or sanctions imposed by the United States government are excluded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order to any destination at our sole discretion, including destinations where we have experienced repeated customs complications.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are legal to import into their country prior to placing an order. Novex Research makes no representations or warranties about the legality of importing our products into any specific jurisdiction.

Estimated delivery windows are based on typical transit times and do not constitute a guarantee. Customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, and destination-specific factors can extend delivery timelines beyond these estimates. Novex Research is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or carrier operations.

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Novex Research does not collect or pre-pay import duties or VAT on behalf of the buyer, and we have no ability to predict or control what charges your country may assess.

Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in your package being held, returned to sender, or destroyed by customs authorities. Novex Research is not responsible for packages returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Packages are declared with accurate commercial values and product descriptions as required by law. We do not falsify customs declarations, mark packages as "gifts," or undervalue shipments upon request.

By placing an international order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Seizure or confiscation of a shipment by customs or any governmental authority does not entitle the buyer to a replacement shipment or any form of monetary refund.
• You have independently verified that ordering and receiving our products is lawful in your country and region.
• You assume all legal and financial risk associated with the importation of goods into your jurisdiction.
• Novex Research bears no responsibility for the actions of customs agencies, border protection services, or any other governmental authority in any country.
• We are unable to intervene in, appeal, or reverse a customs seizure on your behalf.

This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all international orders without exception, regardless of order value, product type, or the circumstances of the seizure.

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. It is entirely your responsibility to research and comply with the import regulations of your destination country before placing an order. Novex Research will not advise on the legality of specific products in specific jurisdictions.

If you are uncertain whether a product is permissible in your country, do not place an order. We strongly recommend consulting with a customs broker or legal professional in your jurisdiction before purchasing.

All international orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may become limited once a package enters the destination country's postal network, as not all international carriers provide end-to-end scan events.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office or customs office first. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the address provided at checkout but not received by the buyer.

Placing an international order with Novex Research constitutes your agreement to the following:

• You are of legal age to purchase in your jurisdiction.
• You have verified that the products you are ordering are legal to import in your country.
• You understand that international transit carries inherent risks including customs inspection, delay, seizure, and confiscation.
• You accept full financial and legal responsibility for any consequences arising from the importation of your order.
• You have read, understood, and agree to this International Shipping Policy in its entirety, as well as our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Research Use Policy.
