Research Use Policy
All products sold by Novex Research are strictly for in-vitro scientific research. This policy outlines who may purchase, permitted uses, and your obligations as a researcher.
Research Purpose Statement
Novex Research sells peptide compounds, nootropics, and related research chemicals exclusively for use in legitimate, lawful scientific research conducted by qualified professionals in appropriate laboratory settings.
"Research use" is defined as use in controlled, in-vitro experimental contexts by trained scientists to advance understanding of biochemistry, pharmacology, physiology, or related scientific disciplines — conducted in laboratory settings with proper equipment, biosafety protocols, and institutional oversight where applicable.
By placing an order, you affirm that you are purchasing our products for this defined research purpose and no other.
Qualified Purchasers
Our products are intended for sale to:
- Academic researchers affiliated with accredited universities, colleges, or research institutions.
- Industrial or corporate research and development laboratories.
- Independent researchers with demonstrable scientific credentials and legitimate laboratory facilities.
- Licensed pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies conducting pre-clinical research.
- Government research agencies and national laboratories.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of research affiliation or credentials before processing or shipping an order. Providing false information to obtain our products is a violation of this policy and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

- Animal administration: Administering any compound to animals outside of a formally approved, IACUC-regulated research protocol in a licensed facility.
- Resale for consumption: Selling, distributing, or transferring our compounds to any third party for purposes other than lawful research use, or marketing them as health products, supplements, or therapeutic agents.
- Compounding or reformulation: Processing our compounds into injectables, capsules, topicals, or any other form intended for administration.
- Illegal research: Using compounds in any research that violates applicable law, including unauthorized drug manufacturing, biosafety regulations, or controlled substance regulations.

Safe Handling & Storage
All Novex Research compounds must be handled by trained laboratory personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, eye protection, and lab coat, in a properly equipped laboratory environment.
Storage requirements:
- Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder: Store at −20°C (−4°F) in a sealed, moisture-proof container away from light.
- Reconstituted peptide solutions: Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and use within 28 days. Do not refreeze reconstituted product.
- All products should be kept away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
Disposal must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations for chemical waste. Do not dispose of compounds in regular trash, sewage systems, or in a manner that could harm the environment.
Refer to each product's Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for compound-specific hazard information. SDS documents are available upon request.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
The legal status of research peptides and analogous compounds varies by country, state, and jurisdiction. It is entirely the purchaser's responsibility to determine whether the products they are ordering are legal to import, possess, and use in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
Novex Research does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of our compounds in any specific jurisdiction. The presence of a product in our catalog does not imply that it is legal everywhere.
Purchasers are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals from regulatory bodies (including but not limited to the DEA, FDA, and applicable state agencies in the US) prior to purchasing and using our compounds.
Certain compounds may be scheduled or controlled substances in specific jurisdictions. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to possess and use the purchased compound in your jurisdiction.
Liability & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novex Research and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your violation of this Research Use Policy or our Terms of Service.
- Your use of our products in a prohibited manner, including any human or animal administration.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your purchase or use of our products.
- Any claim that your research use of our products caused harm to a third party.
Novex Research expressly disclaims all liability for injuries, adverse outcomes, legal consequences, or any other damages resulting from misuse of our products, whether or not such misuse was foreseeable.
Enforcement & Reporting
We take the responsible use of our products seriously. We actively monitor for misuse and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal use of research chemicals.
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of pending orders and permanent account suspension.
- Reporting of your information to relevant law enforcement or regulatory agencies.
- Civil legal action to recover damages caused by your misuse.
