Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse. Standard processing is 3–5 business days, followed by 14–31 days transit to destinations worldwide.
How It Works
- 1Order placed & payment confirmed — Your order enters our fulfillment queue immediately after payment clears. You'll receive an automated confirmation email with your order number.
- 2Processing (3–5 business days) — Our team verifies your order, prepares your compounds, and packs them in protective, discreet packaging. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- 3Dispatch & tracking number issued — Once your package is handed off to the carrier and scanned, you'll automatically receive a second email with your tracking number.
- 4International transit (14–31 days) — Your package moves through the carrier network. Transit time depends on destination country, customs processing speed, and local carrier handoff.
- 5Delivered — Total time from order to delivery is typically 17–36 days. Track your shipment at any time via the link in your tracking email or from your account page.
Order Processing
Processing begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter the processing queue on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase and a second email with tracking once your shipment is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Transit
A flat $100 shipping fee applies to all orders regardless of weight or destination. Orders totaling over $2,000 qualify for complimentary shipping — no coupon required. Carrier selection is determined by destination and current service availability. Transit times of 14–31 days after dispatch are typical; total order-to-door time including processing is 17–36 days.
International Customs
All orders ship internationally and may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. Import duties, VAT, GST, and other customs fees charged by your country are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or alter customs declarations in any way.

Packaging & Discretion
Plain Exterior
Unmarked boxes or poly mailers with no company name, product names, or research-related text on the outside. Return address uses a neutral business name only.
Protected Interior
Vials are individually sealed in protective foam inserts and bubble wrap to prevent movement and breakage during international transit.
Packing Slip
Included inside with your order number and items. Does not include pricing, payment information, or company branding.
Temperature Sensitivity
Cold-pack insulated shipping is available at checkout and is strongly recommended for destinations with ambient temperatures exceeding 85°F / 29°C.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipment is scanned by the carrier. You can also view your tracking number and order status at any time from the My Account page.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate on the carrier's website after you receive the notification email — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, allow 24 hours before contacting us, as carrier scans can occasionally be premature. After 24 hours with no resolution, email [email protected].
Delays & Shipping Issues
Novex Research is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, national holidays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout. Double-check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipping — reshipping fees apply. We do not issue refunds for packages that cannot be redelivered.
If your shipment appears lost (no tracking movement for more than 25 business days), please contact us to open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms a loss, we will reship at no additional charge.
Returns & Refunds
Exceptions apply if: (1) you received the wrong item, (2) your item arrived visibly damaged, or (3) a vial arrived with a broken seal not attributable to transit. In these cases, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and affected items for a replacement.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
