Shipping Policy
Discreet, fast, and tracked — every order ships from our US warehouse within 1 business day.
Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment queue immediately. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number upon checkout, and a second email containing your tracking number once the shipment is scanned by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic orders are shipped from our facility in the United States. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on your delivery region and package dimensions. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation is available on request for orders over $200.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide using our International Standard service. International transit times are typically 14–21 days, and can take up to 30 days depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier handoff timelines.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not able to mark packages as "gifts" or falsify customs declarations.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders ship in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or poly mailers with no company name, product names, or any identifying research-related text visible on the exterior. Return address labels display a neutral business name only.
Inside, vials are individually sealed in protective foam inserts and bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage during transit. Cold-pack insulated shipping is available at checkout for lyophilized peptides and is strongly recommended for shipments to regions experiencing high ambient temperatures (>85°F / 29°C).
Packing slips included inside the package contain your order number and items but do not include pricing or payment information.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipment is scanned by the carrier. You can also view your tracking number and order status at any time from the My Account page if you have an account.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to populate on the carrier's website after you receive the tracking number email — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please allow 24 hours before contacting us, as carrier scans can occasionally be premature. If the package is still unaccounted for after 24 hours, email us at [email protected].
Delays & Shipping Issues
Novex Research is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, weather events, national holidays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping fees apply. We do not issue refunds for packages that cannot be redelivered.
If your shipment appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for more than 10 business days for domestic, 25 business days for international), please contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will reship at no additional charge.
Returns & Refunds
Exceptions are made in the following cases: (1) you received the wrong item, (2) your item arrived visibly damaged, or (3) your vial arrived with a broken seal not caused by transit damage. In these cases, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos for a replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.
