These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Novex Research ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of novexresearch.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through the Site.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be a legitimate researcher, scientist, academic, or other qualified professional with a valid research purpose to purchase our products. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are purchasing for lawful research use only and that you possess any licenses or permits required by your jurisdiction to possess the purchased compounds.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from any person or entity at our sole discretion without explanation. We do not sell to individuals in jurisdictions where the sale or importation of research peptides is prohibited by law.

Product descriptions, technical information, and certificates of analysis are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation for any particular use. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify shipping destination legality. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. You represent that you are the authorized cardholder or authorized user for the payment method provided.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us for resolution may result in your account being permanently banned and the debt referred for collection.

You agree NOT to use the Site or our products to:

• Resell products without maintaining the "for research use only" designation and all required regulatory compliance.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use for informational purposes is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOVEX RESEARCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OUR PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above are applied to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
